ONLINE CUSTOMERS

  • All of our hair products are sold in the natural color (1b), (#2)
  • We do not offer refunds but we do offer exchanges once the product is in its original condition.
    ( original package, rubberband unremoved, unwashed, and uncolored)
  • We offer a 7 day exchange for any defective product ( Shedding, tangling, balding)
  • For returns we must receive your product before we ship you out a new Item, You must contact us by email or phone FIRST to receive approval

  • We only offer shipping in the United States at this time and someone has to be available to sign for the package.
  • Shipping address must be confirmed or your order will be cancelled.

INSTORE CUSTOMERS

  • All of our hair products are sold in its Natural color (1b), (#2)
  • If you request a coloring job it has to be paid for at the time of Purchase and only colors advertised in store is available. ┬áColoring Jobs require 48 hrs or more, ┬áplease ask your sales rep when your hair will be ready.
  • We do not offer cash refunds, but we do offer exchanges once the product is in its original condition( original package, rubberband unremoved, unwashed, uncolored)
  • We will not offer an exchange without an original receipt.
  • We offer a 7 day exchange for defective products (shedding, tangling, balding) please note the smell or color is not consider a defect since these items are always shown to you before purchasing. Please note exchanges are subject to approval by the Manager on Duty.
  • Once you Purchase the product in its original condition we will not offer a exchange once you apply chemicals to the product, (Bleach, color, perm, ect)
